Processing Times

Handmade items: Most handmade pieces ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Made-to-order items: Some products in the shop are made to order through my print partner and typically require about 5–10 business days for production before they ship.

Because many items are handmade or produced in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during busy collection launches or holidays. If there’s ever an unexpected delay, I’ll always do my best to keep you informed.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order includes both handmade and made-to-order items, they may be created and shipped separately and could arrive in more than one package. Your handmade treasures often arrive first.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.

I currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

  • Check around your home.

  • Ask neighbors or household members.

  • Contact your local post office.
